They have went through so many office managers, some lasting two days. how can I build a case against her? She stresses out my administrative assistant, my receptionist gets anxiety. Quiting would do no good. The girls won’t quit, they will continue to take the abuse and I will not let it happen anymore…..can anyone relate or give me help. what if I were to record her at work to get it on tape. I have been at this company less then two weeks and she is the devil in a business suit.

    I am a helper manager in a store (I have been with the organization happening 24 months) and there exists a team of approximately 8 people: 3 managers, 5 part-timers.
